LinkedIn listed TripActions as #16 on its Top Startups 2019 list. LinkedIn’s editors and data scientists considered billions of actions generated by LinkedIn’s 645 million members with a focus on four pillars: employment growth, engagement, job interest, and attraction of top talent. LinkedIn described TripActions and its peers on the list as the startups that “are growing massively, scrambling industries, shifting talent flows around the world and, often, altering how we work and live.” Or in our case, how we travel for work.
Fast Company named TripActions one of the Most Innovative Companies in Travel for 2019 for “incorporating a user-experience mindset into managing corporate travel” and Forbes Cloud 100 named TripActions #19 of the top 100 private cloud computing companies among other awards.
Part of what makes our company different is our mission-driven culture focused on the user, along with real investment in one another and our community. We hosted our first travel + tech festival TRAVERSE 19 in San Francisco where we got to engage with our customers, partners, suppliers, and industry colleagues in person. Earlier in the year, the entire company and employees from each office came together for our global offsite called Connections in Palo Alto. It’s powering to see these in-person connections that underpin our entire business.
