A Note of Gratitude to Our Growing TripActions Team

TripActions has experienced incredible 5X year over year growth, now with more than 3,000 enterprises who trust us to manage more than $2 billion in travel budget annually. We’re thrilled to have grown our team alongside our customers to more than 1,000 TripActioners here to support our global customers and their traveling employees.

We are so grateful and, even more so, excited for all the growth and innovation to come in 2020 as we continue building our TripActions family in support of our customers. We’re committed to building the best culture, work environment, and teams. We’re dedicated to constantly challenging the status quo and raising the bar in all that we do for our users -- all of them, all of the time. We’re humbled that others are taking note of our unique approach and momentum.

Business Insider recently named TripActions one of the top 47 enterprise startups to bet your career on in 2020. The article explains: “Why it’s a good bet: TripActions has made a name for itself in helping workers save their employers’ money on travel… and count Business Insider as a customer too.” We couldn’t agree more and we love having customers like Business Insider enjoying the best experience in business travel.

LinkedIn listed TripActions as #16 on its Top Startups 2019 list. LinkedIn’s editors and data scientists considered billions of actions generated by LinkedIn’s 645 million members with a focus on four pillars: employment growth, engagement, job interest, and attraction of top talent. LinkedIn described TripActions and its peers on the list as the startups that “are growing massively, scrambling industries, shifting talent flows around the world and, often, altering how we work and live.” Or in our case, how we travel for work.

Fast Company named TripActions one of the Most Innovative Companies in Travel for 2019 for “incorporating a user-experience mindset into managing corporate travel” and Forbes Cloud 100 named TripActions #19 of the top 100 private cloud computing companies among other awards.

Part of what makes our company different is our mission-driven culture focused on the user, along with real investment in one another and our community. We hosted our first travel + tech festival TRAVERSE 19 in San Francisco where we got to engage with our customers, partners, suppliers, and industry colleagues in person. Earlier in the year, the entire company and employees from each office came together for our global offsite called Connections in Palo Alto. It’s powering to see these in-person connections that underpin our entire business.

And we are looking for top talent passionate about changing how business travel is done to join us. We’re hiring in every department across our nine offices. Check out our careers page for the latest opportunities.
