Time sure flies when you’re having fun, doing what you love, and helping customers transform their business travel experience.

We believe being there in-person is a powerful thing. It enables employees to build relationships, close deals and drive growth. But let’s face it — business travel can be tough.

From being away from home, to frustrating booking tools, to being left stranded when the unexpected occurs, it's no wonder employees dread work trips. And when they do travel, they often go rogue, booking outside of company channels, all but ensuring leaders and travel managers have no visibility or control over spend.

Four years ago — after talking with friends, family and future customers, and uncovering many of the pain points we experienced ourselves as road warriors — we thought to ourselves that there had to be a better way than the status quo and the hopelessness of using the same corporate travel tools we ourselves had used for years.

So we set out to reinvent business travel to create a truly delightful experience focused on the traveler. We wanted to create a booking tool that users would love—with unrivaled inventory and AI-driven personalization that made each booking better than the previous. And we wanted to extend that delight through the entire travel experience with proactive 24x7 365 live human support so travelers never felt stranded. So in collaboration with other industry leaders, major airlines and partners, we set out to modernize the business travel experience.

Fast forward to today — we’re proud that TripActions is fast becoming the default for corporate travel as the modern business travel platform. We are even more proud to help nearly 2,000 customers — including WeWork, Aston Martin, Lyft, Expensify, Dropbox, SurveyMonkey, Twilio and the ACLU — to create a world-class experience for their travelers.

We couldn’t have accomplished any of it without the support of our valued customers and partners—some of the world’s most innovative companies—or our hardworking, dedicated employees who’ve helped us build the purpose-driven culture that’s fueled our growth.
