COVID-19 is fluid and travel conditions are changing rapidly. As countries raise travel alert levels, we’ve added platform functionality to blacklist countries, cities, and continents in your travel policy.
Blacklisting ensures traveler safety by preventing them from booking travel to continents and countries where travelers are at risk. In the TripActions Admin Dashboard, admins can now block travel to and within specific cities and countries, as well as a specific mile radius around the city. Blacklisting is available for any region, not just those impacted by COVID-19.
