We’re growing fast, and we want to keep our customers and travelers as our focus. Over the last three years, we’ve completed our Series B funding and welcomed customers like Box, Foursquare, Allbirds and more to our growing community. Our customers trust TripActions not just with their business travel needs, but with moving their businesses forward.
We take this responsibility seriously and have been spending time examining each and every action of your travel process — what you love, what you hate, and why you travel in the first place. We had conversations with our customers, surveyed thousands of travelers and heard the same thing over and over again: being there in person is what really matters. It’s the only way to truly move ideas and businesses forward.
This may seem oversimplified — even obvious. But in today’s remote culture of video meetings and conference lines, we’ve dismissed the power of meeting face-to-face. As travelers, you understand the magic of connecting in-person — that’s why you book last-minute red eyes and add extra nights to already-extended hotel stays. It’s all about being there. For the conference, the big meeting and — maybe most importantly — the time you spend with clients and colleagues beyond the meeting. It’s the sidebar over drinks or the chat during a coffee run that changes everything. And nothing beats the energy of being there in-person and building relationships in a way that can't be replicated through a video call or chat.
