A Look Inside Our MAC Boston Event
Last week, TripActions brought Tiki Time to Boston with our exclusive MAC (Make A Connection) event, hosted at Shore Leave in Boston’s South End. Business professionals leading the corporate travel charge joined us for a little #TAVacay. As we engaged with the local travel community, we were delighted to host a fireside chat with Kate Birch, Manager of Employee Experience at cloud infrastructure company DigitalOcean.
Together, we escaped the chilly weather for an evening of tropical cocktails, island inspired entrees, and travel talk.
During the fireside chat, Kate Birch shared her seamless experience implementing TripActions as DigitalOcean’s travel management program. Kate Birch shared that TripActions has drastically improved corporate travel at DigitalOcean from a travelers perspective by implementing rewards and bringing the entire end-to-end experience into one platform. Birch praised the platform’s price to beat, saying that travelers are able to “book the hotel they want, in the area they want, and still earn some money for it as well.” DigitalOcean has saved about $150k in travel so far, within just 6 months of using TripActions.
