TripActions today announced the finalists of the 2021 TripActions Customer Awards.

The TripActions Customer Awards recognize the outstanding organizations that have demonstrated leadership, impact and progress in corporate travel and expense management over the last year. And what a year it’s been!

These organizations have exceeded all expectations and exemplified a commitment to modernizing travel management with an impressive caliber of programs. Each will play a key role in peer leadership and in defining the future narrative of modern corporate travel and spend.

The recipients will be honored in person at TRAVERSE 21, the leading T&E tech festival taking place September 29 at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.

Best New Travel Program

Recognizes companies that implemented a new program within the last year. This category highlights travel programs not only with successful implementation, but also programs that are traveler-friendly and boast high user adoption. Finalists: TRC; Heineken; Unit 4; and a Fortune 500 computer software design company

Best New Global Travel Program

Recognizes organizations with exceptional attention to detail when implementing their travel program on a global scale. Finalists: Teads; Netflix; Zebra Technologies; and Heineken

Best End-to-End T&E Program

Recognizes organizations pioneering new and exciting methods for managing corporate travel. Finalists: EMJ; Bystronic; and a Forbes Cloud 100 analytics software company

Best Corporate Travel Manager

Celebrates an individual demonstrating a high caliber of knowledge when it comes to managing travel for their organization. These individuals are tasked with delivering an exceptional experience that blends the needs of travelers and of the business seamlessly. Finalists: Nick Williams, Netflix; Alyssa Young, Lennar; Kristin Thaler, Wayfair; and Sarah Murovec, Heineken

Vanguard Award

Announced on Sep 29 and individually selected by the TripActions executive team, this inaugural award spotlights a company that has moved its corporate travel & spend program from legacy infrastructure to a modern, all-in-one digital solution. Finalists: Winner will be handpicked by TripActions executive team.

TRAVERSE 21 takes place on September 29 at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco. The one-day, outdoor event will feature 15 in-depth sessions and keynotes from industry leaders at Visa, Adobe, GBTA, Reed & Mackay, and more. Register here.
