What is the TripActions Academy? It is a free series of courses that corporate travel program administrators can take to strengthen their foundation of corporate travel and expense management skills, learn best practices, and bring new focus to their organization’s corporate T&E program. Our goal is to provide access to anyone and everyone that wants a high-level overview of corporate travel and expense fundamentals and user- and technology-first programs, policies, and tech.
Each week two new courses are released: One focuses on the corporate travel and expense industry and best practices at large; the second looks at how TripActions specifically can be used to supercharge your efforts.
Although the TripActions Admin Dashboard gets most of the attention, Course 6 is where the new TripActions Manager Dashboard gets the attention it deserves.
The new TripActions Manager Dashboard was released in March 2020, enhancing our existing functionality to help customers manage through the COVID-19 crisis. It was clear that our managers needed a one-stop shop for everything travel-related that was affecting their team.
We worked tirelessly to provide managers with the insight and visibility they needed to gain control over budget, planning, and traveler safety -- at a moment when everything felt out of control. This course covers all the reports, data, and insights available to managers through the dashboard.
