TripActions and Namely Partner for Better Business Travel Management

To create the best business travel experience for enterprises, road warriors and suppliers alike, we need to work together. Leveraging our strategic partnerships, we continue to expand our business travel offerings in service of bringing value to organizations and their road warriors throughout the entire business travel experience.

Many of these partnerships aim to automate previously manual, and painful, processes –– making it infinitely easier to manage travel by integrating with the technologies our customers already use in their businesses. That’s why today we’re excited to officially announce our partnership with Namely, a leading HR platform for mid-sized companies. Our partnership with Namely means that HR leaders, travel managers and administrators will enjoy a more streamlined onboarding and approvals process (as will their travelers).

Set up is easy too, and Namely can be added at any time to TripActions for no additional cost, provided the customer currently uses both Namely and TripActions.

Benefits of the integration include:

  • Automated user provisioning and deprovisioning to optimize the process of adding or removing traveler accounts and provide greater security and cost control;
  • Clean, accurate financial reporting;
  • Real-time visibility and control of teams’ travel budgets, all in one place; and
  • Integrated organizational structure data for role-based travel approvals and travel policy controls

…And more. Many of our TripActions customers, including Jobvite and Pax Labs, are already using (and love!) the Namely integration, and we’re eager for all of our joint clients to glean the benefits of this partnership.

“At TripActions, our mission is to deliver the best experience in business travel by putting the user first, and we believe that experience starts even before the booking process begins,” said Rich Liu, chief revenue officer at TripActions. “By integrating our solution with Namely, HR professionals, and travel leaders can eliminate the manual tasks that create friction and result in hidden costs to their organization. In addition, business travelers will be empowered with the information they need to make decisions that are pre-approved within travel policy, eliminating unnecessary back and forth.”

“TripActions and Namely have partnered to streamline a previously manual process, saving HR administrators time and eliminating the need to constantly update employee information within their travel system,” said Graham Younger, president and chief revenue officer, Namely. “Through our integration, the TripActions platform receives timely, accurate organizational data from Namely to ease travel bookings and policy compliance for our joint clients. Given the importance of business travel to the growth of mid-sized companies, this is a great way to support a strong, engaged company culture.”

We’re excited to have Namely join our ever-expanding network of partners looking to better the entire business travel experience. To learn more about our partnership with Namely, check out the press release.
