I love the comprehensive options to see what is available and easy access to all of the relevant information. From the booking side, it is easily the best system I have used. The ability to expense rideshare directly in-app is amazing and how it integrates with my company's expense reporting system is also one of the highlights of the system. The time the app saves when expense reporting is invaluable. The customer service aspect of the app is also truly phenomenal. 24 hours a day, online chat representatives are available to sort out any issues that may occur. I have contacted online support three times, and every time, the customer service agent was extremely courteous, and 100% helpful.

The AI used to recognize choice and patterns also make the booking process easy and seamless. The tool will recognize the choices you make and your preferences, prioritizing those choices moving forward.
Earning rewards for making cost conscious travel decisions for the company. The company benefits and I earn rewards for it. I also love that I can choose to earn the rewards in Amazon credits. The places I've stayed have been fantastic, even when I have earned Amazon credits for my stays. I also love that I don't have to submit expense reports when booking my flights through TripActions because our company has a credit card on file and has set travel approval settings. If something falls out of the automatic approval settings, I've found it is an easy process to submit an approval request.
