A message from our head of diversity

Here at TripActions, we believe our company can thrive best when diverse perspectives and opinions are equitably and equally represented. We’re committed to sustaining a transparent culture that embraces open and honest conversations through education, social engagement, and cultural awareness.

Our mission as a company is to cultivate a workplace reflective of our core values and beliefs. Through our DEI department, we leverage training and data to improve our strategies and practices to make TripActions a more creative, diverse, and inclusive workplace. Our priorities include social impact-focused philanthropy, mentorship matching, diverse hiring practices, and multi-cultural training.

Diversity is a topic very close to our hearts. Not only the data, but our own personal experiences has shown us how much better teams and companies are if there are diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences at every level of our business. We have better conversations and drive stronger outcomes - that’s good for our customers, good for us as a company and good for us as a society.

One of our core values is “Always raise the bar.” We share our diversity data and goals not only in the spirit of transparency, but in an effort to ensure we as a company and as an industry do our part to raise the bar.
