Senior Manager, People Analytics

You’re right for this role if you love data not just for data’s sake, but because you understand the impact that you can have on the company by leveraging the data to drive the priorities of the People function. As Senior Manager, People Analytics, you’ll lead our People Analytics function and will run the team. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute on a global People Analytics strategy, leveraging our data to continue to support the best experience to our employees
  • Lead, mentor and grow our People Analytics function to positively impact employee experience
  • Build the foundational elements of great reporting and Analytics for both HR and Recruiting, giving insight into candidate and employee engagement and retention
  • Partner with senior business and HR leaders to identify key insights, metrics, trends, and analysis that shape TripActions’ people strategy
  • Become a deep subject matter expert of our core business functions and be able to leverage your analytical toolkit to come up with creative solutions to key business problems
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders
  • Share your data expertise and techniques and provide thought leadership in using People data across the People team
  • Deliver analytical, survey, or research results to a wide variety of audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Leverage tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Workday, Salesforce, and Excel to drive analytics and enable self-service where possible

What We're Looking For:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience in a field that emphasizes analyzing, displaying, or reporting on data
  • 8+ years of experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive statistics and knowledge with statistical significance), quantitative research, and experience gathering and interpreting data
  • Ability to interpret results and influence on how to apply them
  • Project management experience working across all levels and all teams across the company, building trust and collaborating
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles
  • Experience in SQL, Tableau, Workday, and highly proficient in Excel (formula, pivots, macros, etc.)
