Senior PR and Communications Coordinator

TripActions is looking for a Senior PR and Communications Coordinator to support and grow with the high-performing global integrated PR, Content, and Social team. This is a high-impact role to build foundational PR programs as we scale and grow as a global team. 

You’ll get an opportunity to roll up your sleeves and learn from the best in the industry, supporting a variety of global communications campaigns that ​advance our position as a disruptor, innovator and hyper-growth leader in travel and fintech. 

You’ll be responsible for supporting tier 1 launches, building out and scaling our executive thought leadership program, speakers’ bureau and awards programs. You’ll engage with media and build on the existing relationships with top consumer tech, business, and industry media to drive meaningful coverage of TripActions, our executives, and our differentiated product offerings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be our eyes and ears staying on top of the news always looking for opportunities to insert TripActions into cultural zeitgeist and relevant industry and societal trends.
  • Build out foundational PR programs and processes (speakers’ bureau, awards, thought leadership) to help us scale and grow as a global team.
  • Support PR and communications team to drive positive coverage of TripActions, our executives and differentiated solutions offerings among top-tier business, tech, and industry (fintech and travel) media.
  • Identify and submit TripActions, our teams, and our customers for industry awards that highlight our innovation, company culture, and customer success.
  • Help support key GM/executives with monthly internal communications and spotlights that inspire employee passion and commitment to the TripActions brand, mission, culture, and customers.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years in PR and communications, preferably at a top PR agency
  • Experience in fintech and/or hyper-growth consumer or b2b SaaS tech, growing media relationships with business, fintech, and consumer tech media.  
  • Strong passion for relationship-building, creative storytelling and bringing the brand to life through communications.
  • Strong project management and program management capabilities to deliver programs on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help create a stronger brand and brand engagement through communications.
  • Collaborative mindset. You thrive in cross-functional environments and have worked with leadership, product, sales and marketing to craft innovative communications programs.
  • Self-starter with a penchant for experimentation. You’re always looking for ways to do your job better and you never wait to be told what to do. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
