GBTA 2019 - Social Contest Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.

TO ENTER: To enter, take a photograph or video with the TripActions logo display at GBTA 2019 and post the photo or video on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter with the hashtag #LetsGo. Follow the channel where you post the photo and make sure to tag @TripActions. One social media post per channel per person will be counted as an entry. There are no limitations to the number of entries, but entries that are generated or submitted by bots are not eligible. Submissions must be posted by August 7, 2019.

PRIZE DETAILS: Three winners will be chosen, one per day, on August 4th, August 5th, and August 6th. Prize: One Away luggage, “The Carry-On”, per winner. Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for cash.

AWARDING OF PRIZE: Winner will be randomly generated. You do not need to be present to win. You can only win once.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend on number of entries received.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years or older to enter. Employees of TripActions, Inc. or its subsidiaries, affiliates or promotional agencies, including their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). By participating, you expressly acknowledge compliance with these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TripActions, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, are not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible, incomplete or incorrect entries, and shall have no liability and shall be released and held harmless by you for any damage, loss or liability to any person or property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or to participation in this sweepstakes. As a condition of entering this sweepstakes, you agree that under no circumstances will you be entitled to any awards for any losses or damages, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential and any other damages, and waive any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. TripActions, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should it determine in its sole discretion that the administration, security or fairness of this sweepstakes has been compromised in any way. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to this sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved under California law (without reference to its conflicts of laws principles), and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
