VC20 Podcast New Customer Promotion 2022 (“Promotion”) Details. TripActions will give eligible VC20 Podcast listeners that sign up their company for TripActions, a US$500 Amazon gift card (the “Reward”) after (i) an employee at their company books and completes a business flight, hotel, or rental car reservation on TripActions (“Traveler”) or (ii) the company pays off the first US$1,000 of spend on TripActions Liquid (“Liquid”). Travel can occur anytime and for any duration, as long as the travel is booked and completed during the Promotion Period. This offer is void where prohibited and is non-transferable. Only one gift card per customer will be awarded during the Promotion, and the customer’s TripActions Admin user responsible for registering the company will receive the Reward redemption email. The customer and/or the Traveler are responsible for the entire cost of the travel booking and/or Liquid spend, including any applicable federal, state and local taxes, transportation costs, meals, gratuities, and all other additional costs incurred. This Promotion is not associated with any third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, etc.). TripActions assumes no responsibility for the services provided by such third-party providers, including cancellations, expenses, loss of damages, or tax liability in conjunction with the use of this offer. The Reward is non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash. Gift card terms and conditions may apply.

To qualify for the Reward, a VC20 listener must sign up their organization to be a new TripActions customer using the dedicated registration page for the VC20 Promotion at https://tripactions.com/sign-up/all-in-one/VC20 and complete one of the following during the Promotion Period: (i) an employee booking and completing a business flight, hotel, or rental car reservation on TripActions’ platform, or (ii) the company paying off the first US$1,000 of spend on Liquid.
