TripActions today announced the winners of the 2021 TripActions Customer Awards at TRAVERSE 21. The third annual TripActions Customer Awards serve to recognize the outstanding organizations that have demonstrated leadership, impact, and progress in corporate travel and expense management over the last year. And what a year it’s been!
These organizations have all raised the bar and exemplified a commitment to modernizing travel management with a wide array of innovative programs. Each will play a key role in peer leadership and in defining the future narrative of modern corporate travel and spend.

Best New Travel Program Winner: American multinational computer software company headquartered in San Jose, California
Launching on Aug 9, this company took its legacy travel program to new levels, embracing a tech forward solution, supported by a change management team that embraces a new, dynamic approach to travel management and the user experience
Best End-to-End T&E Program Award Winner: Amplitude
Amplitude program that has adopted Liquid TripActionsTM for a truly integrated T&E program. Its executive leadership team has found the benefits of this integration to be far beyond what they anticipated and they continue to be sponsors and partners for the entire TripActions team.
Best Corporate Travel Manager Award Winner: Kristin Thaler, Wayfair
Kristin continues to go above and beyond in her role with a constant 'traveler first' mindset. She is always thinking about ways to enhance the TripActions experience for her travelers and ensure that her admins are also being efficient and feeling supported. Kristin arrives at weekly syncs with thoughtful feedback and ideas and embodies a true partner and team player.
Vanguard Award Winner: Heineken
This inaugural award was individually selected by the TripActions executive team. Heineken was chosen for its tremendous efforts in moving its corporate travel & spend program from legacy infrastructure to a modern, all-in-one digital solution. Heineken is aligning and centralizing their policies from 71 individually operating companies within the Heineken family—and they’ve already made great progress.
